While working helpdesk recently, I received an urgent call from a Doctors Office because patients were piling up in the waiting room.  It turns out that the clinic was using the original photo viewer app via an Electronic Health Record (EHR) software package to review medical images. The original Windows Photo Viewer gets removed, or hidden from access after upgrading to Windows 10. The newer photo application installed automatically on a couple of workstations and this version did not integrate smoothly with the clinics' EHR software.  After connecting to the computer remotely and creating a trouble ticket, I was able to quickly resolve the issue for the doctor by restoring the original photo viewer application as the default application.  

Many issues that we resolve for customers seem small but they directly affect end users' abilities to get work done efficiently.  Needless to say the doctors and patients were thankful for our quick response and resolution of the issue.
