The organization had been operating its public website on WordPress for several years. While the platform initially met basic needs, it began to present operational and scalability challenges. Content updates required additional effort, customization flexibility was limited, and long-term infrastructure control was restricted.

BeCloud proposed a complete migration from WordPress to the Odoo framework, hosted securely on Amazon EC2. This transition enabled a more structured, modular, and scalable application environment tailored to the organization’s long-term needs.
The migration included: Full data migration from WordPress to Odoo, Rebuilding content structure within Odoo’s CMS framework, Optimizing performance for cloud-based hosting, Hardening the environment with security best practices, Establishing monitoring and logging controls.
Amazon EC2 was selected to provide dedicated, flexible compute infrastructure, ensuring better resource control and performance tuning compared to shared hosting environments. To strengthen business continuity, we implemented automated backup workflows storing application data and website assets securely in Amazon S3. This ensured data durability, long-term retention, and simplified recovery procedures.
Operational visibility was enhanced through Amazon CloudWatch, enabling proactive monitoring of system performance, resource utilization, and uptime metrics. Lightweight state management components were supported using DynamoDB where required to ensure scalability and responsiveness.

Public-facing judicial platforms require high reliability and strong data protection. The new cloud-based architecture introduced: Isolated application environments, Automated scheduled backups, Secure storage with encryption at rest, Role-based access controls, Continuous monitoring and alerting.
