These Website Terms describe use of becloudit.com and its informational content, demonstrations, inquiry forms, and appointment-booking features.
They do not replace or amend a signed proposal, statement of work, managed services agreement, order form, business associate agreement, or other agreement for BeCloud services. Pricing, payment, service levels, project deliverables, intellectual-property ownership for client work, and other engagement obligations are governed by the applicable agreement.
You may use the website to learn about BeCloud, review our work, make legitimate inquiries, and request or book a conversation. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website availability, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use forms for spam or abusive activity.
BeCloud and its licensors retain rights in their respective website content, branding, illustrations, demonstrations, and other materials. You may link to public pages and use the site for your own evaluation. Other copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse requires permission unless applicable law permits it.
References to AWS, Odoo, Microsoft, or other third parties do not transfer rights in those parties’ names, products, or trademarks.
Case studies and demonstrations explain particular projects and workflows. Their deployment scope, assumptions, and measurement limitations matter. Example interfaces or records do not establish that the same results, safeguards, or features apply to every engagement.
AI output and self-assessment results require appropriate human judgment and review. Website content and demonstrations are informational; they are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, an audit opinion, a certification, or a guarantee of compliance.
BeCloud’s Glass Box Framework describes controls around a workflow, including ownership, approved data, boundaries, and reviewable records. It does not mean access to a model’s internal reasoning.
Submitting a general inquiry does not create a client relationship, a confidentiality agreement, or a commitment to deliver services. Please do not submit protected health information, confidential legal-matter information, passwords, or other sensitive records through website forms or booking questions. Ask us to arrange an appropriate channel.
Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.
Availability is subject to the booking calendar and the confirmation you receive. Check the time zone shown when selecting a time. Use the cancellation instructions in your confirmation if your plans change, or contact BeCloud.
A no-cost introductory session is an opportunity to discuss goals and possible next steps. It does not commit either party to a project or guarantee a particular deliverable, result, or funding decision. Any paid work requires separately agreed terms.
References to grants, proof-of-concept funding, migration programs, or startup credits describe potential funding routes. Eligibility, program availability, permitted uses, and approval are determined by the relevant program. BeCloud does not guarantee an award, credit, reimbursement, or project acceptance.
Links and integrations may lead to third-party websites or services with their own terms and privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information or using the service. A link is provided for context and does not by itself establish an endorsement or guarantee.
