BeCloud's HIPAA Automation Solution
Early Access Available Now!

In today's healthcare landscape, organizations are required to manage compliance with HIPAA regulations while balancing operational demands. Many businesses—especially small and mid-sized healthcare providers—lack the bandwidth to maintain a dedicated HIPAA compliance officer. Yet, protecting patient information remains a top priority.

At BeCloud, we recognize this challenge and have been working on a HIPAA Automation Solution, expected to launch in Q2 2025. This solution is designed to provide a cost-effective and scalable way to manage HIPAA compliance, allowing businesses to focus on their core operations without compromising security.

The Need for HIPAA Automation

Over the years, we've worked with numerous healthcare organizations and business associates who struggle with compliance due to resource constraints. The manual processes involved in tracking, managing, and ensuring Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are up to date can be overwhelming. Compliance gaps can lead to security risks, fines, and potential breaches of sensitive data.

By leveraging AWS cloud technology, automation and AI, BeCloud is developing a solution that simplifies compliance management without adding overhead. Our goal is to empower organizations to stay compliant with minimal effort, lower costs, and scalable growth.

The First Module: Business Associate Management

The first module release of our HIPAA Automation Solution will focus on Business Associate Agreement (BAA) Management. This module automates the process of tracking, renewing, and ensuring compliance with BAAs, giving organizations the ability to:

  • Store and manage BAAs securely in the cloud

  • Automate reminders for renewals and updates

  • Track compliance status with an intuitive dashboard

  • Simplify the auditing process

For organizations that work with third-party vendors, this module eliminates the burden of manually tracking agreements, reducing the risk of non-compliance.

Legal Review & Customization with Gibbs Travis PLLC

To further enhance compliance and legal readiness, we have partnered with Gibbs Travis PLLC. While our solution includes a default Business Associate Agreement template, organizations that require customized agreements or legal review can work directly with Gibbs Travis PLLC to ensure their contracts align with specific business and regulatory needs. This partnership provides an added layer of legal assurance for organizations looking to streamline compliance without overlooking critical legal considerations.

How BeCloud is Using AWS and Programming to Empower Clients

Our HIPAA Automation Solution is built using AWS, the solution leverages a secure database and a locked-down operating system with encryption, ensuring that sensitive healthcare data is protected at every level. By implementing industry-best security practices, we provide organizations with a highly secure, resilient, and HIPAA-compliant environment.

We believe that technology should work for you, not against you. Our mission is to deliver solutions that make compliance easy, affordable, and adaptable to your organization’s needs—whether you're a small clinic or a growing healthcare enterprise.
